Office Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30p.m.

Sunday Morning Parking
When you arrive on Sunday morning, you may choose to park in one of three main lots. Two of these will be to your left and right as you enter at the front of the building. These lots fill up quickly so you may wish to arrive 15 minutes before the service starts to find a spot. The third parking lot is located behind the building and is convenient for parents with children – our Children’s Ministry volunteers will be there to help you find Sunday school classrooms and the nursery.

Handicap parking is located along both sides of the building.

On many special occasions (Christmas, Easter) parking lot attendants will help you navigate the lots, and shuttle buses will take you to and from satellite parking areas.

Worship Services
We have two main Sunday morning services, Worship Alive at 9:30 a.m. and Live at Eleven at 11:00 a.m. These two services take place in the main auditorium. The style of worship at the first service draws on elements from the vibrant history of traditional worship, including a balanced mix of hymns and choruses, and a variety of instruments – from organ to guitar. At Live at Eleven, a praise band and singers will lead you in contemporary singing. Each service is generally 60 minutes long and includes worship through song, prayer, and giving, as well as a teaching time. The first Sunday of the month, we celebrate the Lord’s Table together.

We also have a number of Sunday morning services and programs for children, youth, and seniors:

Worship Alive Kids (Sunday School, birth to grade 5) – 9:30 a.m. in various classrooms
Live at Eleven Kids (Kids Worship, grades K-5) – 11:00 a.m. in the downstairs LCS gym

Bitz (Youth Hang Time, grades 6-12) – 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall
Metamorphosis (Youth Worship, grades 6-12) – 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall

Big Groups (Adult Education) – 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in various rooms
The Gathering (55+ Fellowship) – 10:30 a.m. in room 144

Ushering and Touchpoint Ministry
Hosts at the auditorium doors will hand you a bulletin that outlines the order of service for the day. These men and women can also help you find a place to sit on one of our comfortably cushioned pews.

At the end of each service, a team of men and women wearing red lanyards are available for prayer or encouragement. These safe and caring individuals are part of our TouchPoint team.  You can meet them at the front of the auditorium, near the stage.

Dress

Our church family is large and its members are of a wide range of ages and backgrounds. The pastors and worship leaders usually dress in conservative ‘business casual’ attire on stage, but you’ll find people at Grant dressed in everything from blue jeans to business suits.

Welcome Centre
On your first visit, we invite you to stop by our Welcome Centre, located in room 155. From 9:15 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., our friendly volunteers will be there to answer your questions about Grant, and you can enjoy some coffee and refreshments.

Grant Central
Feeling lost? Stop at Grant Central, prominently located in the front foyer. Our volunteers will point you in the right direction. At Grant Central you’ll also find the Event Guide, a regularly updated guide to life in our community.

Comment Cards
Near the start of each service, Auditorium Hosts will pass out comment cards. If you’d like us to send you information on any of our ministry areas, fill out a card and drop it in the offering basket. There is also a place for your comments or prayer requests.

OCC – OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
What is OCC?
Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the good news of God’s love. This program of Samaritan’s Purse provides an opportunity for people of all ages to be involved in a simple, hands-on missions project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas – Jesus Christ.

Turn on the Tap
We collect money to send one Bio Sand Water Filter for every 100 shoe boxes we collect ... which means clean and safe drinking water for people for the rest of their lives. The water filters are built and installed for only $100.
